What you are taking on

Plain terms, from the Siddhi model.

You supply capital against agreed inventory at a participating pharmacy. The medicines stay there.
You carry the inventory-capital exposure: utilisation, ageing and expiry.
You do not dispense, sell or take custody of medicines.
You review each opportunity and may take all of it, part of it, or none.
You receive the agreed share of realised economics on the business your inventory supports.

Not a guarantee

Siddhi does not guarantee demand, reimbursement or return. Payouts follow measured results.

Partnerships

Expressions of interest, the matches Siddhi is reviewing, and the agreements that follow. Nothing here commits you until you accept it.

1. Expressions of interest

Interest is a signal, not a commitment. Either side may open the conversation, and either side may decline without consequence.

2. Matches with Siddhi

Once both sides are willing, Siddhi checks the paperwork on both participants. An agreement cannot be drafted until every required document is verified.

3. Agreements

The terms each side accepts. An agreement becomes active only when both parties have accepted it.

4. Arthaa marketplace

With an agreement in place, the pharmacy registers with Arthaa LLC to sell on www.arthaa.health.

1. Awaiting Siddhi

Release a match when you are satisfied with both participants. Drafting the agreement is refused until the pharmacy permit, the Stock Owner W-9 and the accreditation evidence are all verified.

2. Agreements

Terms as drafted, and who has accepted so far.

3. Arthaa registration

US pharmacies only. Siddhi sends the permit it verified, from the state the pharmacy operates in — never a pending, expired or out-of-state one.
