One Billion Medicines, Quality on Record

Every month, one pharmaceutical plant anywhere in the world gets Atto Pharma eBMR free for a year on one production line, for that month's medicine, for up to 20 users: about USD 12,000 a year at our published price (in India, about ₹10.6 lakh). No strings attached: nothing to pay, and no obligation to continue after the year. What we ask is commitment: your own team trained, certified and ready to make it work.

How we choose

Commitment wins. The score is worked out from the app as your team works, and you can follow it on your status page. Agreeing to be named on our website is never scored.

A plant qualifies with at least 4 of its 6 people certified. On the choosing date, the qualifying plant with the top score is chosen automatically. If two or more share the top score, a plant with revenue under USD 25 million that sends proof of it within 5 days of our request wins; if more than one does, or none, Siddhi LLC decides, using the proof and public information. If none qualifies, Siddhi LLC may choose none. Before the choosing date we may ask the leading plants for proof of revenue, and set aside an application whose proof isn't right.

How a round works

1. Applications open for that month's medicine and stay open about 45 days.
2. Your team gets to work: each named person signs up and gets certified; your team runs rehearsal batches on the development site. Your score updates as you go.
3. The plant is chosen and told; every other applicant hears from us the same day.
4. 15 days to prepare: your team, your approved BMR, devices on the line.
5. Self-service onboarding: your BMR becomes the eBMR, rehearsals, OQ and PQ for your use, then your first live batch; videos, guides and in-app agents at any time, email support within one business day.
6. Your free year runs 12 months from the first live batch.

The terms

1. Free for 12 months, no strings attached. No fee, no deposit, no purchase order. Nothing to pay at the end and no obligation to continue.
2. At the end of the year you choose: stop, or continue at the published price. We remind you two months before. If you stop, you keep an export of every record; we keep your records for the retention period in our terms before deleting them.
3. Your records are yours. We use them only to run your eBMR. Nothing about your plant, product or BMR appears in our marketing without your written approval.
4. Name and logo, only with a yes. Only if you ticked the box on your application, and only with wording you approve first; you can ask us to remove it at any time.
5. Fair use. One line, one medicine, up to 20 named users. If the eBMR isn't used for 60 days in a row, we may end the free year after telling you, so the place can go to another plant.
6. Self-service onboarding and support. Onboarding is self-service, with videos, guides, the manual and in-app agents available around the clock. Support is by email, replying within one business day. No calls, on-site presence or high-priority support in the free year; they can be quoted separately if you want them.
7. Validation and GMP decisions are yours. You run OQ and PQ on the eBMR for your own use before going live, and you remain responsible for your batches, their release and your records.
8. No liability. One Line Free is given free of charge and as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Siddhi LLC and its partners are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage arising from its use, including loss of product, batches, data, production, profit or business, recalls, or regulatory action. Any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is limited to INR 1,000.
9. Selection is at Siddhi LLC's discretion. The scoring, the automatic choice and the tie rule above are how we intend to decide, and we will decide fairly, but applying gives no right to be chosen, to a score or to a reason; our decision is final and can't be disputed. The information you give must be true: we may ask for proof of revenue, registration and licence, and the free year ends if any of it is false.
10. For the named company and line only. The free year can't be transferred or resold and has no cash value.
11. Counting. The number of batches released on your free line, with the units per batch you declared, may be added to the totals shown on siddhi.today. Your company, products and batch details are never shown.
12. Disputes go to arbitration, not to court. Any other dispute about One Line Free is settled by a single arbitrator, in English, each side bearing its own costs: for plants in India, under the laws of India and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Hyderabad, Telangana; for plants elsewhere, under the laws of the State of California and the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules, seated in Santa Clara County, California.
