Know a pharmaceutical plant that should go electronic? Refer it to Atto Pharma. It gets its first month of licenses free, and you earn 4% of the licenses it buys in its first six months, up to USD 1,000 a year. Your own company also gets a 1% license credit.
Why we reward referrals
We would rather grow through happy customers than through big advertising budgets. Every rupee and dollar we earn comes, in the end, from what people pay for their medicines. So instead of paying large platforms to reach plants, we share it with the people who know Atto Pharma best: our customers, when they recommend it to a plant they trust. Members can take their reward as a credit for their plant, as cash, or as a donation we make in their name to a charity they choose from our list.
Phusion is open to approved users of Atto Pharma customers on a paid plan. You join from the app, where your personal link and QR code are.

The member agreement
1. This agreement
This agreement is between Siddhi LLC, the maker of Atto Pharma eBMR and Atto eLogbooks ("we", "us"), and you, the person who joins the Phusion Referral Rewards Program ("you", a "member"). You accept it when you join Phusion in the Atto Pharma app. The version you accepted and the date are kept with your account.
2. Who can join
- You are an approved user of a company that is an Atto Pharma customer on a paid plan. A company in its pilot can't refer yet.
- You join in your own name, with one account. Your rewards are personal to you and can't be transferred.
- Your company may tell us that its employees may not take part, or may not take cash. We follow what your company tells us.
- We may refuse or end a membership that breaks this agreement (section 12).
3. How a referral is made
- Share your personal referral link or QR code from the app (Phusion in the menu). Print or share your Phusion card as it is.
- A referral counts when the company signs up through your link or QR code and its contact gives their own details.
- You can't refer your own employer, or a company in the same group as your employer. The app refuses these.
- A company or a contact email can be referred once. If two members refer the same company, the first referral received counts.
- A referral is not counted if the company was already talking to us about Atto Pharma before your referral, or if it doesn't become a paying customer.
- To prevent misuse, the number of referrals from one link each day is limited.
4. What the referred company gets
A company you refer gets a welcome offer: its first month of licenses free when it starts a paid plan, on top of the usual 14-day pilot. The offer in force on the day of the referral applies.
5. What you earn
- Your reward is 4% of the deal size: the value of the licenses the referred company buys in the first 6 months of its paid plan, before taxes. It is worked out from the number of paid users and the price per user on the company's invoices.
- Your rewards are capped at USD 1,000 a year in total (or the same value in Indian rupees), whichever way you take them. Rewards above the cap are not owed.
- Your own company also gets a license credit of 1% of the same deal size, recorded as earned through you.
- If the referred company's paid plan ends before 6 months, the reward counts only the months it paid.
- The app shows each referral's stage (lead, signed up, earning, redeemable, paid) and what you have earned so far. The database works out every figure; nobody types it in.
- Phusion Champion levels: Bronze at 1 referred company on a paid plan, Silver at 3, Gold at 5. Levels are recognition and carry no extra money unless we announce otherwise.
6. When the reward is due
- The reward can be taken at the end of the reward period: 6 months after the referred company's paid plan starts, or earlier if that plan ends.
- If we refund the referred company for a period, the reward for that period is not owed, or is deducted from a later reward.
- Once a reward is paid, its amount and type are final.
7. How you take the reward
You choose one of three ways in the app:

8. Honest dealing and conflicts of interest
- Tell the company you refer that you are a Phusion member and may earn a reward. Our welcome message to the referred contact says so as well.
- Don't take part in a decision to buy Atto Pharma where you would earn from it, for example as an adviser, auditor or employee of the buying company.
- Don't offer gifts, payments or other favours to anyone at the referred company to win the purchase. Don't share any part of your reward with them.
- Follow your employer's policies on gifts, outside work and referral rewards. If unsure, ask your employer first; for cash, the app asks for their consent where your role needs it.
- Don't refer a company you know nothing about, create false sign-ups, or refer yourself under another name. Such referrals earn nothing, and section 12 applies.
9. Taxes
- Cash rewards are your income, and you are responsible for the tax on them.
- Before we pay cash, we may ask for your tax details: your PAN in India, or a W-9 (or W-8BEN) form in the United States. We deduct tax at source where the law requires it, and give you a statement of what we deducted.
- License credits are a discount on your company's bill. Donations are made by us in your honour, and are not a tax deduction for you.
10. What you may say about Atto Pharma
- Share your link, your Phusion card and our public brochures as they are. Describe Atto Pharma accurately, from those materials.
- Don't promise prices, discounts, features, delivery dates or regulatory outcomes on our behalf. Atto Pharma is built for 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11; don't call it "FDA approved" or "FDA compliant".
- Don't use our name, logo or the Phusion name in ads, domain names or social media accounts of your own, or say you speak for us.
- Never share a customer's information. That includes your own company's batch records, documents, prices and people, and anything you learn about other companies.
11. Privacy
- We keep your name, company, contact details, referrals and rewards to run Phusion, pay rewards and meet tax and audit rules.
- Share a contact's details with us only if they agreed to be contacted. In the usual case, they sign up themselves through your link.
- We don't sell your details or the referred company's. We use them only for Phusion and for the referred company's sign-up.
12. Changes, suspension and ending
- We may change Phusion or these terms with 30 days' notice in the app or by email. Changes apply to referrals made after they take effect; rewards already earning keep the terms they started under.
- We may pause Phusion for new referrals at any time. Rewards already earning are still paid.
- You may leave at any time from the app. Rewards already earning are still paid when due.
- If you break sections 3, 8 or 10, or act dishonestly, we may end your membership and cancel rewards not yet paid on the referrals concerned. We will tell you why, and you can reply before it becomes final.
13. Our relationship
You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you can't sign or promise anything for us. Phusion is not a job and gives no right to further work.
14. Responsibility
We pay what this agreement says is due. We are not responsible for losses that come from a referred company's decisions, or from your relationship with your employer. Our total liability to you under Phusion is limited to the rewards owed to you and not yet paid.
15. Law
For members in India, this agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. For members in the United States, it is governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Santa Clara County, California have jurisdiction.
